The Kodiak Brown Bear Center (KBBC) offers a true Alaskan Bear Viewing Experience for the legendary Kodiak Brown Bear without boardwalks or large group of tourists. The Kodiak Bears are considered the largest bears in the world, tipping the scale at 1,500 pounds. Deluxe lodge based guided Kodiak Brown Bear viewing experience in the heart of the 1.9 million acre Kodiak National Wildlife Refuge on Karluk Lake. KBBC's small group size of 6 have exclusive access to over 112,000 privately owned acres within the Refuge.
