AGA Application
AGA is now accepting applications for fall 2010.
Businesses will have until October 31, 2010 to submit a complete application (link below), reference documents, and application fee. Since launching the AGA program and awarding its first nine certifications to Alaska businesses last spring, board volunteers have been updating program materials based on participant feedback and the most current industry trends and information.
The AGA Board of Directors will announce the certification awards and recognize the certified businesses at the annual Alaska Wilderness Recreation & Tourism Association ecotourism conference in the spring of 2011.
- Download and complete the AGA Application (in PDF format). We suggest you review the application fully, write out your answers and be ready to complete and submit your application in one sitting. You may print out the application and fill it out, providing additional documents as you need the space.
Please read the FAQs before filling out the application. They provide background on the AGA program, explain many of the questions, and offer examples and samples. Reviewing the FAQs will make filling out the application much easier!
